Lone Star Trails Powder Puff Derby

My car didn’t even make it down the track last year to cross the finish line.  What can I do to prevent it this again?  

We recommend that you do not purchase the upgraded single axle tires.  We found the most of the cars last year who did not complete the race had those tires and axles. The best tires are the stock tires that come with the kit.

What happens if my car breaks?

A repair station will be available for minor repairs.  We will help!

What kind of creativity awards will be given?

Flower Power, Most Original, Most Glitzy, etc.

Can my Grandma come see my car race too?

Of course!

Does my troop have to provide a first aider for this event?

No. We will have a trained first aider at the event and a designated first aid station set up near the registration table.

Can I use the same car as last year?

No. You must create a new car every year!

Can we buy a kit from you?

Yes. At the car cutting workshop, we will have cars available for purchase at the workshop on a first come, first served basis.

Do we get a patch at this event?  

Yes.
